18+ Book Blogger Follow

Secrets of a Book Lover

18 & Over Book Blogger Follow is a weekly feature that begins on Fridays and runs through the weekend, hosted by Crystal from Reading Between the Wines and Kelly at Secrets of a Book Lover.

The 18 & Over Book Blogger Follow is a Friday blog hop with the objective to find and visit other book blogs that share the same interest as you, namely books geared towards the 18 & over crowd, and make new friends!

How to join in:
-You should run a book blog that features and reviews mostly adult reads, some Y.A.’s are okay but 18 & over adult reads should be your majority.
-Make a separate post for the 18 & Over Book Blogger Follow on your blog.
-Copy the html for the button above and place it at the top of your post.
-List & answer the ‘Question of the Week.’
-Place your name and blog title in the linky below and the url for a direct link to your post
-Visit the other blogs on the list. If you like what you see make sure to leave a comment and follow so the blog owner knows you stopped by and can return the favor. Following each blog is not mandatory but I know it is always appreciated, and if someone comments saying they’re a new follower it’s polite to follow back. ☺ It’s always nice to spread the 18 & Over Book Blog love!
-Contact Crystal (readingbetweenthewines10 at gmail dot com) or myself (secretsofabooklover at gmail dot com) with any questions!

Question of the Week:
Which paranormal creature would you like to see more of in paranormal romances?
 My answer:
Hybrids.  Half vampire, half werewolf.  There definitely aren't enough hybrids.  I think when I read Eternal Hearts by Jennifer Turner I fell in love with them.  I haven't read another book with a hybrid like Drake and I'm a little sad about that. :)  Let's go, authors!  More hybrids!  LOL!
Your turn!  Grab the button, answer the question and link up!  Don't forget to visit the other blogs.

  1. good answer! I read a book once with Hybrids in it but for the life of me I can't remember what it was called ( and this will drive me crazy the rest of the night) and I did like it!! So unlike me not to remember books!

  2. Ooo! The best of both worlds, good pick! I can't think of any books that I have read with any hybrids, there definitely needs to be more in that case.

  3. If the hybrids are anything like Riley Jensen and her brother Rhoan, I'm all for them!

  4. I was just going to suggest the Riley Jensen series by Keri Arthur, but the previous commenter beat me to it. I highly recommend this series, and it's finished now (boohoo), so you can read all of the books without having to wait.

  6. I never knew there were books like that. The only hybrids I have heard of is with The Vampire Diaries. Good idea though.
